Return & Exchange Policy: All customized orders are final once production begins. Errors caused by Uniforms & More LLC will be corrected if reported within 5 business days of pickup or delivery. Non-customized items may be returned within 7 days of pickup if unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items not picked up within 14 days are no longer eligible for return. Exchanges are treated as a return and new order. Customer-approved artwork, sizing, and garment selections are non-refundable. Customer Supplied Garment Policy: Customer-supplied garments are accepted and decorated at the customer’s risk; liability shall be limited to the cost of decoration only. Delivery Policy: Customers will be notified when orders are complete. Orders must be picked up or shipped within 14 days. Orders not claimed within 30 days may be considered abandoned and subject to storage fees or disposal without refund. Shipping is billed to the customer unless otherwise agreed.
